ZYZJ Series DC Motor for Sugar Press Machine

ZY2 series DC motor is a series of products developed by our factory on the basis of 24 series DC motors, which are designed and manufactured accordingly to the characteristics of the working conditions of the roll drive of sugar press machine.

This series of motors adopts polygonal structure, high utilisation of stator space, compact internal structure, and computer-aided design, so that the electrical parameters are appropriate, thus the motors have the characteristics of small size, light weight, small inertia, etc. The magnetic circuit adopts iterative paint coating.

The magnetic circuit adopts the iterative painting structure and its effective measures, so that the motor can withstand pulsating current and rapid changes in current conditions, improving the dynamic commutation performance of the motor. The motor can be used in three-phase bridge rectification current, as well as without lending flat wave reactor and long-term work.

Grade insulation structure ensures stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation, and special treatment of insulation makes the motors have strong moisture-proof ability and mechanical strength, which can be used in wet tropical areas.

The stator of this series of motors is fully loaded with compensating windings, overload capacity rob, base speed overload capacity is 2.5 times rated torque, tell overload capacity is 1.8 times rated current for 1min.
