YTSP frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor

YTSP series frequency conversion speed control three-phase asynchronous motor combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and adopts computer-aided design technology for design. In order to make the motor can adapt to the PWM frequency conversion power supply condition, in the design, the stator, rotor slot shape and stator winding distribution form made to be considered, in order to obtain a more suitable inductance value, to inhibit and reduce the time harmonics and a series of motor space harmonics caused by the adverse effects of the harmonic. Especially the inter-turn insulation is strengthened with special measures in order to withstand the severe test caused by the shock voltage with great flavour repeatedly applied between the coil surfaces by the high voltage rise rate. The motor's turn-to-turn withstand voltage test value far exceeds the provisions of JB/Z346-89 for AC motors.

In terms of structural design, the mounting dimensions of VTSP series are the same as those of Y series, so as to facilitate the matching and selection of users. The cooling method of VTSP series is two kinds: one is C411 series (except VTSP400), which can ensure the constant torque and constant power speed regulation within the frequency range (10-70HZ) specified in the series and ensure the temperature rise of the motor winding does not exceed the permissible value for a long period of time under this condition. The other is the IC416 series, which uses a separate axial fan for forced ventilation. It ensures that the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed the permissible value in long-term operation with constant torque at low secular (1.2HZ).
